OUR PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

Each plant of the SERAP Group has its own purchase team but all are sharing a common vision and good purchase practices.

The SERAP group purchases

The purchasers are dealing with the raw materiel purchases like stainless steel and various components related to milk coolers (fridge, mechanical, electric or electronic components…), an related to our other range of products.
They are also working on SERAP various projects for the development of new products with the R&D and the quality departments.

Every year, the purchasers are gathering during a purchase seminar in order to discuss about the market tendencies and good working practices.

Our purchasing policy is favoring the quality criteria before the lead time and cost reduction, in agreement with the company policy.
