With its Quality and Environment policy, SERAP targets the ongoing improvement of products and strives to meet the needs and expectations of both French and international customers in line with its commitments and its three key priorities which are:

Besides ISO certification awarded for its management systems in matters of both quality (ISO 9001 since 1996 in France and 2015 in India) and environment (ISO 14001 since 2006 in France), Serap's ranking is above all due to the performance of its products.
This is why SERAP Industries boasts a test laboratory accredited by Cofrac (*) and milk cooler calibration systems approved by LNE (**).
